We had a complex upgrade including a 200ft line pull, underground, from the transformer, along with a panel upgrade and three new wire runs. Dan was forthright about the complexity of the underground wire pull and had contingency plans lined up if the primary plan didn't work. He navigated interactions with Versant, ensuring the right level of service was available on the big day. Versant had to reschedule and he navigated that with them, then us, and was ready to go with his team on upgrade day. His project sequencing was great, he and his team were courteous and professional. Would definitely work with Dan and his team again.
